Refund policy

We understand that, sometimes, life happens! Please review our return and refund policies below which are designed to both support you and protect us.

After reading these policies, if you wish to contact us about a return or refund, please use this form to do so. All requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the general policies below and we will reach out to you within 2 business days with a response to your request.


When you can return/refund items

All returns or refunds must take place within 30 days of purchase. If a request is made for any item past 30 days of purchase, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation. For in-stock items, this can be done at no additional fee. Due to their nature, preorder items will incur a 10% restocking fee for order cancellation.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the return/refund policies.

What you can return or refund

In-stock product

Within the 30 day window of ordering, sealed product and other merchandise may be returned only if it is not opened, unsealed, laundered, worn, damaged by the consumer, or altered in any way.

Items that are in-stock and are in some way damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect at no fault of the consumer are eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Preordered product or singles

Due to the nature of stocking and sales, preorder sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is in some way damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect at no fault of the consumer.

In-stock singles

Single cards that are in-stock are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrect. We understand that sometimes there are differences in perception of listed card conditions, so please reach out if you are for any reason unhappy with your single cards.

How to pack and ship a return

If your return is approved, package your return securely (include toploaders or semi-rigid card cases for any singles), ideally in the packaging you received the item in. Mail the item(s) to:

You will be responsible for any shipping expenses for returns. Additionally, we must receive the item to apply the refund or exchange, so we recommend a secure shipping service with tracking.

Once the item(s) have been received, we will confirm the condition and quality of the returned items and contact you with the final refund or exchange amount. Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt to process the return or exchange.
