Shipping Restrictions

Shipping address must be a valid US residential address, military address, or PO Box. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Costs & Service

At checkout, we offer a flat rate shipping service based on your order weight, with free shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping is done through USPS. We strive to ship your order out within 1 business day of receipt, but up to 2 business days may be required in rare circumstances. We will contact you if there are any difficulties with shipping your product within 2 business days.

Shipping of Preorder Items

Preorders are shipped to arrive on release. We will endeavor to meet that arrival date goal, but please understand that once the product is handed off to the carrier, we no longer have control of the package's arrival date.

Orders Containing Both Preorder and In-Stock Items

If you place an order containing both preorder and in-stock items, they will be shipped together when the preorder may be shipped out. If you wish to receive the In-Stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders. If you have any questions or would like to split shipments on a currently held order containing preorder items, please contact us here.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for our customers who are able to make it in-person to our Fargo, ND location. There is never a shipping charge for local pickup. We will hold your order for pickup for up to 30 days, at which point if we have received no contact from you, the items will be restocked with no refund. However, if you require an exception to this policy, simply contact us here to let us know.

Some items are sold as Local Pickup Only to support our local customer base. These items cannot be shipped and there will be no exceptions to this policy. Any orders placed this way must be picked up locally, subject to the above.
