Preorder products will be shipped to arrive on release date. We will do our best to get you the product on time but we are not responsible for arrival date once it is picked up by shipper!

Returns/Refunds are accepted on sealed merchandise that remain unopened, untampered, undamaged, and otherwise unaltered within 30 days of purchase.

Preorder products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Event tickets may be fully refunded up to 48 hours prior to the start of an event. If an emergency or inclement weather has prevented your attendance to a paid, ticketed event, please reach out to discuss how we can help you.
